Care of the Shared Space
You agree to leave the space clean, respectful, and returned to its original condition, including:
Cleaning floors after movement or high-traffic activities
Washing and putting away any dishes, cups, or pots used
Removing all trash and personal items at the end of your booking
Furniture returned to original placement
Respect capacity limits
Consider that we are in a mixed-use building and sound levels matter
Shared Tea, Coffee, and Snack Counter
Connection Studio offers a shared tea, coffee, water, and small snack station as a gesture of hospitality and collective care.
If you or your guests use the counter, you agree to:
Clean spills
Use only what you need and be mindful that these offerings are shared
Wash, dry, and return all mugs, cups, kettles, or dishes used
Wipe down the counter and return the area to its original condition
If you plan to serve food or beverages beyond what is provided, this must be communicated in advance and may require separate arrangements.
