Things to know

    • Classes and rentals are available to all. Membership is optional.

    • Advance booking is encouraged for limited-capacity offerings.

    • Some classes may allow drop-in if space permits.

    • Pricing is offered on a sliding scale to support different financial realities.

    • Lower-cost spots are limited. Please choose the tier that reflects your current capacity.

    • Additional contributions help sustain access for others in the community.

    • This is a community space. We ask everyone to participate in maintaining it.

    • Clean up after use and return items to their original place.

    • Be mindful of noise, time boundaries, and other guests in the space.

    • Comfortable clothes (if attending movement classes)

    • Water and any personal props for comfort

    • Doors open 10–15 minutes before class.

    • If you’re late, you’re late, no need to apologize. Go with the flow and jump in when you are ready.

    • You are responsible for listening to your body and practicing within your limits.

    • By attending, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

    • This space centers respect, consent, and inclusion.

    • Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

    • We are collectively responsible for creating a space where people can breathe, belong, and practice.

    • Please cancel in advance if you can no longer attend.

    • Offerings may be adjusted or canceled if minimum attendance is not met. You will be notified if this is ever the case.
